Welcome to the Digital Signage System (hereinafter referred to as “microdss”). Microdss is an online advertising management platform supporting both local area networks (LAN) and the internet(WAN). It enables the creation, publication, distribution, playback, and management of advertising content via Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS applications, and provides remote viewing functionality of terminals through the App.
When you use our services, we may collect and use certain necessary information related to you. Based on this, we have established this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is closely related to the services you use, and we sincerely hope you will read it carefully. Scope of Application:
This policy applies to data collected through the microdss program (including cross-platform devices).
Microdss and its services are intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, please do not use this service.

When you register or log in to your account, we may collect your mobile phone number or email address, password, username, gender, registration SMS content, avatar, and other information. When registering, recovering your password, or recovering your account, we will send you a verification code based on the mobile phone number or email address you provided.

After successfully registering an user account, you may choose to set your nickname, which will be displayed on the “Personal Settings” page. You may also provide information such as your company, position, and region to help us provide personalized services. If you do not provide the aforementioned personal information, it will not affect your ability to use the basic functions of this service.

When you need us to provide technical support related to the platform, in order to accurately identify your issue and provide corresponding assistance, We may requery and use relevant information from your backend for matching purposes. To contact you or help resolve issues, we may collect your phone number, email, or other details when you submit a privacy-policy question or rights request through our technical staff.

We may store the information you post on our servers for the purposes of ensuring service quality, cooperating with regulatory investigations, and preventing disruptions to information posting operations due to local data loss.
